Aspire Aviation needed to compete for student pilots in a crowded Northeast corridor against larger academies. We built a conversion-focused site targeting discovery flight bookings, student pilot leads, and instrument rating upgrades — all optimised for Long Island and NYC metro search. The discovery flight landing page alone drove more than 60% of new enquiries in the first quarter.

The challenge
What Aspire Aviation needed to solve
Aspire Aviation was competing for Part 61 and Part 141 student pilots against larger, better-funded academies serving the same Long Island and NYC metro catchment. Their existing site spoke to pilots who already knew the school rather than new prospects researching discovery flights and instrument rating upgrades, and the discovery-flight booking path buried the action behind a generic "contact us" form.

Discovery
Interviewed Aspire about the discovery flight conversion pattern and mapped the actual NYC metro student pilot journey. Identified the discovery flight as the single highest-leverage commercial asset on the site.
Rebuild
